It came with bandages with the system, I'm unsure of how to add proper acs medical, you might be able to just enable it and do that, but I've always used the bandages with MQS

there are no sounds and the system is overall buggy dont really know how to fix it either

Do you have any idea how to add weapons to MQS because they won't work

Honest answer, I haven't touched milsim in months, I don't know.

It worked for me at the time and you need the sounds. I learned how to do things myself.
