DTS Armor Measuring Tool 1.0.0

FYI, I didn't create this script or tool as I only uploaded it to DarkBlox for others to have access to and be able to use the file. All credits belong to the original owners, creators, and developers.

Tool for 'measuring' armour, has range limits, highlighting of parts etc.

Also, I am not responsible for any bugs or missing GUI, scripts and etc. This is for DTS systems only as the tool is created solely for it's use.
