I have found this file somewhere around YouTube, I don't believe that it's really known—but it could be useful in some other terms for those that are looking for a simple low poly game. This one provides all assets that you are likely looking for. This is not scripted, so it got decompiled. The full map does exist, though and some assets are in there as well.
