How do we use the commands.Where do we type the commands and what are they.

These blue one's I've marked are the most important ones. Fill the group id value and rank id value. Head over to the manager script and find
local userids_can_access = {}

local rankids_can_access = {}

Fill those two and to open the admin panel click F2 on your keyboard. Enjoy!
