OLD GALAXY MAP — SPENCER | PART 1 Hello, Spencer got upset because I was allegedly “LARPing with ChatGPT” and for several other reasons. I’m going to ask questions and make claims one by one, okay? Once again, in my opinion, you are scum who pretends to be some kind of hero or savior from scams. Let’s start by breaking down Spencer’s statements from LA — Liar Alliance. So, I’m going to list the things that were released and that you are selling. Of course, I’ll be fair — I’ll only list things that were already released and that you are selling afterward. I also want to make it clear that I’m not a hero, and I’ve done a lot of things in the past that I would describe as “dirty.” However, I acknowledge my mistakes and I don’t do those things anymore. I was called out for what I did, and I faced the consequences for my actions. I also want to point out that this list is not meant to imply that Spencer is the only person selling these maps. I’ve been involved in this community and in this field for several years, and I have personally experienced and seen which assets were released and later sold. LA is not the only one offering these maps. Nevertheless, I want to show you that these maps were already circulating before you started selling them. Of course, you can’t always know whether something was released or not. However, some of these things are clearly released, and you should know which ones those are yourself. This map was asseted within the last 21 days. This map was asseted within the last 21 days. This map, or rather this asset, was asseted around 2–3 years ago and was later added to the Toolbox, so to speak. From my perspective, I was actively involved with the Venator, and I would say I was one of the first people to have this map. The Venator had scripts for several different things, but those scripts did not work. This map has been asseted for around three years. I have this map myself, and honestly, I think it looks really ugly. This map has been asseted multiple times and was, I believe, publicly released within the Star Wars genre. I can’t say with 100% certainty that it was asseted or simply publicly released, because I seem to remember it being available for free on a Star Wars genre server.This map, as well as countless other versions of it, have been asseted for years. As far as I know, this has been common knowledge for around 3–4 years by now. These are only maps that were 100% asseted and that Spencer is selling. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t know about it — I’m only bringing this up to disprove your statement of “show me proof that it was asseted.” Do you seriously think people are constantly taking screenshots or pictures every time something gets asseted? What about protecting yourself? I mean, I wouldn’t take a picture of someone who asseted these things, only to potentially end up being identified as the person who asseted them myself. Again, you have 100% proof right here, as I said, that you are selling a asseted map. Even if, for the sake of argument, only this one map can be confirmed to have been asseted with 100% certainty. These are only the maps. They do not include systems or anything else. As I said, I’m only trying to disprove your statement with this list. These are strictly the maps I know were released. I could also go through everything else, such as systems, and point out what was released, resold, etc., if I have enough information to do so. Spencer, people make mistakes, regardless of how they happen. I make mistakes myself, all the time. But if someone comes to you and says, “I want to sell you this map,” and you then sell it to someone else, you are also responsible for what you sell. It’s like someone selling me fake bananas, for example. If I then resell those bananas and someone tells me, “Hey, those bananas are fake,” am I really not responsible anymore? I still have a responsibility to check whether something is legitimate, released, or otherwise unauthorized before I sell it. All of this is only meant to show what is 100% confirmed to have been released. It does not show what has been resold or what price something was sold for. Spencer, you want to know what my motivation is? Honestly, I’m tired of you selling maps and other assets at ridiculous prices that, in my opinion, are not justified. On top of that, there are released maps, and there are also cases where you are actively selling things that do not belong to you, such as the Felucia map, the Naboo map, or, as probably the clearest example, the CWP map. There are plenty of people who have complained about this. You keep asking for proof that you are selling released content. What about the CWP map, the alleged Kaller map? Does that suddenly not count anymore just because it was released in the past? I genuinely appreciate that you removed those three maps. I mean that seriously. But there are still more maps. As I said, this is my actual motivation. I want the Star Wars genre to change. I have already explained my other points in my previous post about the releases. I’ll even make you a deal: I will stop releasing things completely if you remove the things that are 100% confirmed to have been released, remove things that you are reselling without the original creator’s permission, and reconsider some of your pricing. If something gets released after that, then we can talk about the prices — especially when you are selling things for twice the price they originally cost, or selling things that were previously available for free. Again, ask yourself: why am I doing this? Of course, I’m not going to respond to every single one of your points because there are so many, and honestly, I don’t have the time to go through all of them. If I were more skilled at this kind of thing, I would probably just make a video and upload it to YouTube. I also don’t show private chats from users because I want to protect them. If I told you who said what, there is a possibility that you could potentially silence those people or otherwise put them in a difficult position. That is why I’m not going to expose them.
