This is an advanced resapwn script which, well, respawns NPCs. It has a option called "PLAYER_SPAWNING" in which it will spawn the NPC at about 3.5 studs above the nearest SpawnLocation, a respawn delay which it will wait before respawning the NPC (default = 5), a forcefield which protects the NPC from all damage with a default duration of 3 seconds.
