The United States owns a Federal Law Enforcement Training Center System, centered round the education, service, and integrity-lead operational standards for all Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. The above file is a file that of which i've modified and revamped accordingly. This Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, fictionally located in California (can be changed to New Mexico due to the Arid Environment) is centered around combat training, TCCC, and holds it's own In-house medical facility.

Postal Police Vehicle (outside main FLETC Facility)
